Red Star Ranch beef comes from cattle kept on pasture their entire lives. We promise no added grain, no hormones and no antibiotics. Our system allows the cattle to finish at their own pace and develop delicious flavor while maintaining lean muscle.
Our animals are processed in an USDA inspected and Animal Welfare Institute Certified facility. All our beef is dry-aged for 10 days and cryovac packaged to ensure freshness. All our cuts are packaged in sizes to make meal planning easy. Steaks are conveniently packaged in sets of two and cut at 1" thick. Roasts are cut to 3-4 lbs.
