A selection of our delicious grass-finished beef processed by local butchers. Each eighth will be approximately 40 lbs.
Included in a portion will be approximately:
20 lbs ground beef
12 lbs mixed steaks
8 lbs roasts
Beef is available approximately 3 weeks after your selected processing date.
Customers should understand that they are purchasing a portion of a live animal. Red Star Ranch is facilitating butcher and storage of your animal and finished meat as a courtesy to our customers. If you opt for multiple deliveries, your portion will remain boxed and labeled in our meat storage facility until delivered in full.
