Quarter, Half or Whole Beef

Custom cut bulk beef purchases are sold as follows:
- $4.20 per pound on hanging weight
- Customer is responsible for cut and wrap costs to the butcher
- Local butchers will be used (Carlins, Scarrow or High Desert) depending on availability of butcher dates. Customers can request specific butchers.
- Deposit of $100 for half animals, $200 for full animals.
If you are new to purchasing bulk beef and have questions about cut instructions, the butcher or I can walk you through the process. Please be aware that there are limited amounts of some cuts on an animal. More flexibility in cut directions is available when purchasing a half or whole animal instead of a quarter.
Our 2020 animals have been hanging at about 525 lbs and we expect about 325 lbs of cut and wrapped meat off a whole animal.
