Steaks - Boxes will include a mix of the following steaks to total approximately 10 lbs: Tenderloin, Ribeye, NY Strip, Top Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Blade, Flank, Flat Iron and Skirt*
*Not all steaks will be included in every box
Roast(s) - 1 or 2, rump, chuck or cross-rib, typically 3-4 lbs each
Variety Cuts - Boxes will include some but not all of the following cuts: Tri-Tip, Brisket, Short Ribs, Cube Steak and Stew Meat.
